TOP 10 WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS FIRM BOLLORÉ RE-COMMITS TO LOS ANGELES; EXTENDS SOUTH BAY LEASE FOR 40,000 SQ. FT.

LOS ANGELES (South Bay) – Bolloré Logistics USA, a France-based global leader in international transport and logistics, has signed a five-year extension of its lease for 40,136 square feet of industrial space in the South Bay area of Los Angeles that serves as its regional distribution hub, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.

The Bolloré lease extension is for a concrete tilt-up building located at 19630 Pacific Gateway Dr. in Pacific Gateway Business Park. Approximately 75 people are employed at the site.
Todd Taugner, SIOR, executive vice president/principal of The Klabin Company, along with colleagues David Prior, SIOR, senior managing principal, and Frank Schulz, SIOR, managing principal, represented Bolloré. Prudential Real Estate is the property owner. Lease consideration was $2 million.
