INDUSTRIAL PARTS DEPOT, LLC EXPANDS AND RELOCATES WITH LEASE OR LARGE INDUSTRIAL FACILITY IN CARSON

The Klabin Company represents one of the largest global heavy-duty engine parts manufacturers and distributors in a 61-month lease transaction for more than 83,000 square feet.  

(JUNE 12, 2023 – TORRANCE, CALIF.)The Klabin Company/CORFAC International has finalized a 61-month lease at 1550 Charles Willard Street in Carson, Calif., on behalf of Industrial Parts Depot, LLC (IPD), the new tenant of the 83,388-square-foot industrial facility. IPD is one of the largest heavy-duty engine parts global manufacturers and distributors and is part of the Storm Industries, Inc. family of successful businesses.

For IPD, the lease of 1550 Charles Willard Street, valued at $12.5 million, represents a major expansion and relocation. It is moving from a 42,000 square-foot distribution center in Torrance, a property owned by Storm Industries.

The Klabin Company’s Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, and Courtney Bell represented IPD in the transaction. The Landlord, Carson Companies, was represented by John Schumacher and Bret Quinlan of CBRE.

The warehouse and distribution industrial building at 1550 Charles Willard Street is within the Dominguez Technology Center. It offers an excellent South Bay industrial location close to major freeways and thoroughfares. It features 19 dock-high doors, one ground-level door, 7,400 square feet of office space, minimum 30’ clear height and 160’ fenced concrete truck yard.
