C PACIFIC FOODS, INC. SIGNS MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR INDUSTRIAL DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN NORWALK

The Klabin Company represents the importer of fine foods in the five-year lease transaction for almost 53,000 square feet.  

(June 23, 2022 – TORRANCE, CALIF.) – The Klabin Company/CORFAC International today announced it finalized a multi-year lease at 14405 Best Avenue in Norwalk, Calif., on behalf of C Pacific Foods, Inc., the new tenant of the industrial distribution facility. C Pacific Foods is an importer of fine foods and will expand its operations to the 52,901-square-foot property.

The Klabin Company’s Zach Middleton and Max Farkas represented C Pacific in the five-year lease transaction valued at more than $6 million. The Landlord, BPCCC, LLC, was represented by Jay Jasaitis and Wesley Babi of LAREM Industrial Real Estate Specialists, Inc.

The facility at 14405 Best Avenue is located within the Carmenita Corporate Center, a master-planned business park close to the I-5 Freeway. The building offers an excellent distribution location in Norwalk with a large, fenced yard, 10 dock-high positions, one ground-level door, 30’ clear height and 3,200 square feet of office space.

C Pacific is a second-generation, family-owned importer of quality ethnic dry, canned foods and supplies. It offers a wide-ranging portfolio of popular brands in the Asian and ethnic food industry. The company was founded in Los Alamitos more than 40 years ago and has grown to a leader in supplying products to restaurants and food stores across the nation.

C Pacific owns and occupies two buildings within one-half of a mile from the Best Avenue facility, including its headquarters at 13503 Pumice Street, which is across the street and features 80,000 square feet. It also owns a smaller building at 13660 Excelsior Drive in nearby Santa Fe Springs.
